Smoothie with Nuts

This is a fresh and filling breakfast shake loaded with nutrient dense healthy foods!
Serves 2
2 scoops whey protein powder/or 2 free range raw eggs
1/2 cup of raw amonds/walnuts/pecans/macadamia nuts (use 1 or a combination)
1/2 cup of mixed berries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 cups of pure water
1/4 -1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 scoop of coconut cream
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve.
Drink straight or use to top the Nutola or steel cut or whole oats!
