Carbohydrate Serving Size

Eat as many of the the A list vegetables as you like.  They are nutrient dense and are high in fiber which will fill you up (how much kale or broccoli could you really eat!?)

Eat 4-6 items from the A list fruits per week.  If you are overweight and are trying to heal your metabolism, limit your consumption of fruit to 2 per week.
